                Cadet  Girls Team (CGT)

                Cadet Girls Singles (CGS)

                Cadet  Girls Doubles (CGD)

 

 

 

SCHEDULE:

22th April (Thursday): arrival, dinner, practise, 8 p.m. – jury meeting

23th April (Friday): Team Events

24th April (Saturday): Individual Events and Team Events Finals

25th April (Sunday): Individual Events

 

 

PLAYING

SYSTEM: 

Teams events: Corbillon cup - 5 matches: A-X, B-Y, double, A-Y, B-X

In the 1st stage the teams and singles events will be played in groups. The 2nd stage will be played on knock-out system. All matches shall be played best of 5 games.

An Association other than the organising Association may enter 2 boy’s teams and 2 girl’s teams and and 6 boys and 6 girls for individual events. The organising Association may enter 3 boys and 3 girl’s teams and up to 10 boys and 10 girls for the individual events.

 

 

DRAW:

The draw for team events will take place on Monday, 20th April 2009.

 

 

EQUIPMENT:

ITTF authorised tables and nets and ITTF approved balls.

 

 

ACCOMODATION:

The participants will be accommodated in hotel "Slovenska Plaza" - Budva

 

 

HOSPITALITY:

Option 1: For players and officials the charges for hospitality will be € 65,00 per person per day (double room) in the Hotel, payable through bank transfer (upon invoice) or in cash at arrival. Single rooms are available at the price of € 70,00 (limited number).

Option 2: Entry fee is fixed to € 65,00.

 

 

TRANSPORT:              

Free transport service will be arranged from Podgorica airport, Tivat airport, Bar railway station, Budva  bus station and Bar port to Hotel on days of arrival and from Hotel to Podgorica airport, Tivat airport, Bar railway station, Budva  bus station and Bar port on days of departure. The organizer can arrange transport from Dubrovnik airport (110 km) for € 35,00 per person. The organizer will arrange shuttle bus between hotel and venue.
